As Principal & Founder of The LAM Group, I bring over 20 years of executive search experience, specializing in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Diagnostic sectors. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results, consistently exceeding expectations, and successfully filling some of the most challenging and complex searches in the industry. My dedication has earned me multiple awards for achievement, teamwork, and loyalty. I am also CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association, underscoring my commitment to health and safety.
